Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Serenity was a mixed experience. While the room I initially checked into was very dirty, with a non-working TV and an unclean toilet, the second room was much better. The service was commendable, with kind staff and a perfect location just a 2-minute walk from the Blue Mosque. However, the thin walls and smoke from staff smoking downstairs were a downside. The location was amazing, only 10 minutes away from all the major sightseeing spots in Sultan Ahmet. The dining experience before my flight was enjoyable and good value for money, though not on the premises but nearby. Unfortunately, there were no specific comments about the facilities.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a few ups and downs. The rooms were suitable for families and a bit run down, but they had excellent A/C and the staff was incredibly helpful. The highlight was definitely the very typical Turkish breakfast with a great rooftop view of the Bosphorus.
